Anybody care to share some reflections from their training? The good grin , the bad cry , and the ugly (not that there was any mouthshut ).

I think the rest of us could learn from it as we begin all of this trainging throughout this project.

What a great two days!


The Van/White Oak group had a great two days of training. As expected, the coaches wished that they had spent both days working on Class Server. That is great news for us as coordinators since it shows that they love it. I saw some great starts on the lessons.

They found a few little things that they did not like, but overall they enjoyed it.

I think our biggest problem will be the coaches having enough of a computer at the house to work at home without being frustrated due to low processor speed and minimal memory. Mike (my IT) and I are already working on that. There may be some grant possibilities to buy at least the machine for my White Oak coaches to use. Who knows?

Overall, the handouts seemed to work well. My coaches liked the screen-shot set-up handout the best. I think it is because it was not another documentation paper grin . Does anyone else have any documents that I can add to the web page so that others can use them? E-mail them to me and I will get them up on the page.

I would love to hear how everyone else's training went.
